Principle of our heating furnace before forging is electromagnetic induction, the heat will produce in the workpiece, so our furnace doesn’t need to preheat.When you start it, then the furnace can heat work piece.

• Fiber lining, sealed furnace, pressure controlled for all medium, pressure-controlled furnace, high temperature and high-controlled burner. Computer / intelligent temperature controller / manual control methods, low energy consumption but high stability;

• Operating Temperature 900 ~ 1300 ℃ ± 10 ℃, control accuracy: ± 1 ℃;

• Temperature-controlled high-speed burner, the exit velocity is 100m / s

• Fully automatic control with functions of automatic ignition, automatic adjustment, flame monitoring, flame protection and alarm.

• light steel frame structure for the furnace, using zirconium-containing composite fiber lining for forging furnace;  all-fiber lining for annealing;

High Automation for Heating Furnace Before Forging

1)Computer control for all process parameters and will store parameters in the PLC. As long as the operators call up the corresponding process parameters, the system can start.

2) Friendly man-machine interfaces: The operator can operate without basic training,  and the product quality is independent of the operator.
